We uphold industry standard policy and as a result ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  No exceptions.  Please place your order according to manufacturer size charts, the final decision for the size that will be ordered is yours.  Garments may require additional custom fitting, which is not included in purchase price. Allow 7 - 14 business days for delivery of your order.

Purchaser represents they are of legal age or if not, permission of parents or guardians to place the order, make payment, or charge a credit card has been given.  We are not responsible for delays beyond our control or variations in dye lot. Remember, color can vary with type of computer monitor used to view our web site, indoor/outdoor lighting, and in pictures - we cannot guarantee an exact match for what you may think you may be viewing when you order.  We do not allow refunds, returns, or exchanges.  We are not responsible for merchandise once it is shipped.  Items are sold "as is" and without warranty.

• Our Hottest dresses sellout so fast it is impossible for us to guarantee that every style on our website will be available when you place your order.  If this should happen we will not charge your credit card and we will contact you immediately so you can choose an alternative or continue shopping.
• Alterations are not included and can be done wherever you choose.

• We are not responsible for garments once they are shipped.  Please do not ask us to reimburse or exchange this dress after the event - the gown will not look the same after you wear it and beads and seams may be affected with wear.
• ABSOLUTELY no refunds, returns or exchanges.  ALL SALES FINAL.  Please do not request special consideration since we are fair and consistent with our policies for all customers.  We regret any inconvenience this industry standard policy may cause, please make your selections accordingly.
